About the exam
Certified Agentforce Specialist
The Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is for people who build, configure and manage AI agents with Agentforce on the Salesforce platform. The exam guide says its questions align to the Spring '26 release. If that describes your work, this practice test shows how well you know the topics the guide covers. The guide groups the content into six sections: Prompt Engineering (20%), Data 360 Fundamentals (20%), AI Agents (35%), Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance (10%), Governance and Observability (10%), and Multi-Agent Orchestration (5%). Our questions are short, self-contained scenarios with exactly one correct answer, so they do not match the real format in every way. The guide says topics, but current Salesforce Help documentation calls them subagents, so search for both terms when you study.
Our questions are original, written from the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist exam guide and Salesforce Help documentation, and each answer is explained. Studying nearby topics? What to focus on for the Agentforce Specialist
- Treating prompt templates, flows and retrievers as interchangeable, when each one does a different job in an agent.
- Mixing up Data 360 terms such as chunking, indexing and retrievers, and what each one contributes to grounding.
- Choosing an agent design without checking the security context the agent actually runs in.
- Forgetting that a prompt template version becomes immutable once it has been activated.
- Start with the largest sections: AI Agents at 35%, then Prompt Engineering and Data 360 Fundamentals at 20% each.
- Take this free practice test one section at a time, read every explanation, then retake your weakest section.
Sample Agentforce Specialist practice questions
Three questions pulled straight from the bank, with the answer shown. For the timed, no-peeking version, use the quiz above.
Why: The preparation guidance is to segment content into articles that focus on isolated topics. A single long or mixed article is the opposite of that guidance.
Why: The Atlas reasoning engine is graph-based, like a flowchart of nodes, variables, and transitions, so agents follow specific, predictable paths. It is not purely prompt-based.
Why: Creating a data library automates several steps across Data 360 and Prompt Builder: pushing data streams, mapping data objects, and creating a search index and retriever.

FAQ
Agentforce Specialist questions, answered
How much does the exam cost and how do I register?
Salesforce lists the fee as USD 200, plus applicable taxes (retake USD 100). Registration and the current price are on the Salesforce exam guide (checked November 2026), so confirm there before you book. Salesforce exam guide.
Is this the real exam?
No. This is a free mock test made of original questions we wrote from Salesforce's public documentation. It is not the real exam, it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce, and it cannot promise a pass.
What is the passing score?
Salesforce lists a passing score of 72%. Our practice test uses its own pass mark, which is not Salesforce's.
Does the real exam have questions with more than one correct answer?
The guide lists multiple-choice questions and does not say whether some need more than one answer. Every question here has exactly one correct answer, so the format is not identical, and the real test may differ.
Why does the guide say topics when the documentation says subagents?
The exam guide uses the term topics. Current Salesforce Help documentation, which covers a later release than the exam, calls them subagents. Search for both terms when you study.
